Your technician Garret is so awesome! He called and said he would arrive in about 15 - 20 minutes and he was right on time. He explained what my options were for an overhead door opener upgrade, installation time, operating instructions and how much time the job would take. Two hours later, as he predicted, he was done, everything picked up and cleaned up. Garret was very professional, cheerful, and very courteous. He performed a complete check on the overhead door, spring, rollers and rails finding them in good condition. The result of all Garret's work is I have an unbelievably quiet and smooth overhead door mechanism. Precision had replaced my overhead door and spring back in 2013.
