He also had answers to an old bracket that was damaging my top panel. Replaced it with a newer, stronger bracket that should eliminate that problem. Great experience! From Amanda who answered my call and made all the scheduling to Miles who was the installer it was all extremely professional, prompt and pleasant. They didn’t try to up sale you they gave me three options all with different price points and the necessary information for each and I made my decision. We were very pleased with the service. We’ve seen their commercials and decided to give them a call. They responded quickly, set up an appointment and had our garage door fixed the same day. Our technician was Miles. Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and no pressure. He explained everything prior to installation and went over the new system completely before he left. Even the installation was quick. Prices were fair and warranty is good.

Terrible company. Scheduled to have them come out and look at my garage door thats not opening. They gave me a 4 hour window to show up at 2pm. I get a text about my technician, but no arrival. At around 4pm I get an email asking for a review, and an invoiced signed in my name that’s not me. I call the first time to see what happened, and get a “I’ll have the technician call you”. No call an hour later. Then call again and a new customer service rep gets combative telling me they were out there, took a picture of the garage, and had my signed invoice. They had a needless adversarial attitude. They then said they would escalate of which I have yet to receive a call back. Terrible service, terrible company seemingly.
