This is the third time a have chosen Precision Garage Door Service and I will choose them again when needed. 1st time was to replace a broken spring 12 years ago. 2nd was to install a new door opener and 3rd was a broken spring again. As often as we open and close a heavy insulated door, 12 years was not bad. Thanks again!

They charged me $277 just to come out with 2 new garage openers and program them in less than 15 minutes. No major work done. Called the service man back within 5 minutes because the door stopped working. He identified a loose wire but did nothing to secure the wire. I cannot recommend this company because it is obvious that they only care about profit.

I came home this morning and when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud pop and bang. I walked into the garage to see the door spring in 2 pieces. I called Precision and before very long Miles Herrera was here. I informed him of a time crunch I had and he immediately assessed the situation and went to work. We talked while he disassembled and then reassembled the spring mechanisms. As I watched him work, we talked about the benefits of a new door and I decided that a replacement door was in order. Miles finished the job and cleaned up the site with plenty of time for me to get to my appointment. I highly recommend Miles and am very happy with the work that he did, and Precision Overhead Garage Door has another happy customer because of him.
