I do not even know what just happened. I was sent an email that suggested I could get a new garage door for a certain price and then was quoted a higher price because of where I live. Also, I was charged $150 for simply lowering my door. This does not seem to live up to the ratings I was guided by.

I was having trouble with my garage door not opening so I decided to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I saw commercial for Precision on ABC 7 and thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. Was pleasantly surprised to have someone come the same day to look at the issue. Miles was great. He explained everything about the new system and the warranties. Answered any questions I had. Very patient person! Very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, profesional, and courteous! With all the issues, i decided to replace the old opener and other worn parts. Miles came back the next day ready to install and service my system. Wow, my new system is great! It is so quiet and smooth. Love the wi-fi capability for closing the door. Gives me piece of mind! I highly recommend Precision.

After calling this morning first thing since my garage door was inoperable, a very efficient operator took my info & my service advisor called me within 1/2 hour to advise me that he could be there within a couple of hours. It was a slow start but then all went well. I made a VEWRY heavy door so it couldn't open with old springs. Very nice gentlemen. The service was springs and then I went ahead and ordered new opener that I said I was purchasing from the start and since mine was very old. The receptionist should have better conveyed my full explanation. I had to pay for a second person that was necessary from the start.

Miles kept me informed as he was dispatched to an emergency service call. When given a 4hr appointment window, this made me feel like my business was important too. My garage opening system was unbalanced. Miles confirmed that the do-it-urself door insulation caused the need for a higher capacity spring to lift the increased weight. Miles gave me clear and professional recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades before he left. I called on Friday morning to have a technician come out to provide an estimate to replace a bottom seal on my garage door. Miles arrived early that afternoon and did a great job assessing my situation and provided a couple of options. He then followed up a couple of hours later and I decided my best option was to replace the entire door with a new one. Within 10 minutes, Rafael called me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. The two installers arrived precisely on time and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. They did a great job and I'm completely with the work! Excellent service, competetive pricing, and excellent scheduling.

Our garage door mechanism unexpectedly failed, and we could not get our cars out of our garage! We called Precision and a technician was sent out the following day. Miles was very friendly and carefully explained to us what had happened and what our options were. I think we were able to make the right decision for our situation because his explanations were very thorough and clear. He then proceeded to fix everything, and we now have a better mechanism than we had before. Problem solved!
