After reading reviews and checking the BBB I picked Precision. I'm glad I did. The spring on the garage door broke. I called at 8:15 this morning and Chris was here by 10. Quick and efficient. Chris gave me options with no pressure. I chose the better springs as I know they will last longer. I definitely will use Precision again for any of my garage door needs

Chris was here to service our garage door and take our order for a new door. What a great young man. If I were still working I would hire him to conduct service training classes for new employees. What a super rep for his company. Could not be more impressed or pleased. Thanks Chris !!!

Very appreciative of a same-day service appointment when our garage door opener required reprogramming following a prolonged power outage. Garrett was professional, on time, and was able to solve our programming issue with the assistance of a phone call to a co-worker. Precision Garage Door remains our go-to service provider. Thank you!

Your technician Garret is so awesome! He called and said he would arrive in about 15 - 20 minutes and he was right on time. He explained what my options were for an overhead door opener upgrade, installation time, operating instructions and how much time the job would take. Two hours later, as he predicted, he was done, everything picked up and cleaned up. Garret was very professional, cheerful, and very courteous. He performed a complete check on the overhead door, spring, rollers and rails finding them in good condition. The result of all Garret's work is I have an unbelievably quiet and smooth overhead door mechanism. Precision had replaced my overhead door and spring back in 2013. That experience was so pleasing and successful that's why I count on Precision for all my garage door needs. Love your technicians and I will continue to recommend Precision to family and friends.

Installer came out and took care of the issue with no problems. He was customer friendly and walked us through the issue and how it was being resolved. We appreciated him calling ahead to let us know eta. MANY other companies we have called on for various services have been NO SHOWS...very disappointing. We have been using Precision Overhead Garage Door services for years and can vouch that they have been extremely RELIABLE! We hope they maintain this important feature of their service....especially to those of us who live in Santa Paula.

My technician was very professional and quoted exact prices with all the parts on the truck. The other two companies I called were quoting a parts price then installation price and disposal price. One guy showed in his personal vehicle with no parts and 5 hours late and quoted $300 over Precision, I was totally satisfied
