Garage spring broke on a Sunday. Service person came out about an hour after the call, I thought that was pretty impressive. Garage door was fixed and price was reasonable. Martin was very professional. Would use Precision again if needed.

Insurance was important so were the discounts offered both the senior citizen discount and coupon offered through facebook. Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake. I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door. He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service. I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close. Problem was electrical - with the sensors. Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door. I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again. I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.

Found company in phone book and based on presentation of the quality and professional ad we decided to go with Precision. All conversations with the receptionist and service man were very pleasant and you could tell they were concerned for the customer. Service Man was extremely enjoyable to have around.....great personality!!!! Mike called us by our first name and he CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS! HE IS A KEEPER!!!! The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

The technician arrived when they said he would, but it was not the one they said would be here. He was efficient, however, polite, and knew what to do to fix our problem. I did think the cost was a little high, but I don't have anything to measure that by. The main thing is that we got the problem fixed, and on a Sunday.
