After our garage door suddenly and unexpectedly broke, I was thrilled that Precision was able to send out a technician on a Friday afternoon. Besides the fact that my car was trapped inside the garage, due to the garage door coming off it's track and hanging precariously, we also needed to somehow get the door closed before we were leaving to go out of town very early the next morning. Tony showed up at 5:30pm on a rainy Friday night and despite the less than perfect conditions he greeted us cheerfully and gave us full confidence that he could assist us. He quickly gave us estimates for all options of repair in addition upon our request of providing us with pricing for a new door. The prices were very reasonable so we ordered new doors and Tony was able to stabilize the current door until our new ones can be installed in a couple of days. So easy! I was more concerned about Tony and his long commute down the rain-soaked 5 freeway on a Friday night during rush hour but he kept his cheerful attitude throughout. Thanks Tony for your great service!

Like the fact the if I called between 6 and 8, I would get a service appointment within 4 hours or your service charge would be free. Got an appointment between 8 and 10. Service person arrived at 9 and began to work. I needed new springs and new rollers. First service on door and we have been in the house for 14 years. Performed balance test on the door to make sure everything was properly balanced and working. I felt very comfortable with the person sent to do the repairs. Like his attitude and professional approach. Told me ways to maintain the garage door that I didn't know and didn't perform annually which I appreciated.

I do not usually write comments. I had set up an appointment then decided to do it myself. Vic called to check on me and offered phone assistance if needed, because changing springs is extremely dangerous, he had my safety in mind. V.C. door company gave me wrong springs. Vic called the next day asking how it was going. 1 hour later I asked him to do my springs. Absolutely the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with almost ever. Job was done quick and given a couple of pointers on maintenance. I very rarely let somebody do, what I can do myself. Make sure you get Vic to do your repair. Top notch and I'm hard to please.

Minor adjustments were required to keep our wonderful garage doors working properly. We contacted Precision Garage Door of Simi Valley (the original installers) and received an appointment that easily fit into our schedule. Tech, Mike, showed within time frame I was given for appt. He explained to me everything he would do. A spring broke and as stated on their website they would be replacing both since they were 8 years old. Mike worked fast and efficient. Would definitely call them again for any garage door needs. The only glitch I had was I requested an appt online an the e-mail did not get to the appropriate person until after 1pm the next day. Per the automated e-mail response I called in the morning when I had not heard from anyone.

Vic was our tech. although you don"t have him listed as an option. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He was running late but did call to let us know which was a nice courtesy. The parts seemed a little pricey but what isn't in California. Hopefully I'm paying for quality. Time will tell. Overall I would call Precision again if I have any garage door repairs needed.
