Found company in phone book and based on presentation of the quality and professional ad we decided to go with Precision. All conversations with the receptionist and service man were very pleasant and you could tell they were concerned for the customer. Service Man was extremely enjoyable to have around.....great personality!!!! Mike called us by our first name and he CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS! HE IS A KEEPER!!!! The technician identified the problem immediately and replaced the springs in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after the job and was very informative about the companies products and services. I would recommend them highly. I called another garage door place and they told me that a technician wouldn't be out to me the next day even though they said same day service in yellow pages. I next called Precision Garage and they sent the technician the same day.

I had an old motor that was working great but I needed a remote. I called Precision and the office told me that all the technicians should have a remote that will work on just about any opener. She scheduled me an appointment for late that day. Brian arrived and had no problem getting his remote to operate the door so I thought maybe itd be best to buy two and have them programmed while he was here. Precision did a great job.

We were looking for custom wood garage doors that would compliment our new remodel. We scheduled several estimates and surveyed many different products, ultimately settling on an unexpected budget for new carriage house wood doors. We scheduled one more estimate, with Precision, recommended by a close friend. We explained that we had several quotes and were not necessarily looking for the cheapest deal we could find. We were truly trying to find a good product with limited maintenance. Mike came out the following day and proposed a better idea than any of the previous gentlemen. A quieter, longer lasting, steelback fully insulated door with any custom wood design we wanted on the front. Did I mention it was half the price of the wood doors!! We began the designing process right away and had 2 beautiful doors installed 3 weeks later. Since our install, 3 neighbors have ordered doors from Precision. The manager, Sam called back a couple of weeks after our install to follow up and make sure we were happy. Great experience from beginning to end.
