Our garage door spring broke on a very hot Sunday afternoon with both cars in the garage and an inability to manually open the door. A phone call to the 24 hour number resulted in a service call within an hour or so. Lou, the technician, was extremely friendly, professional, and competent. A decision was made to replace not only the spring, but our older cables and rollers. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service received.

Called in at about 10:30 pm on a Saturday expecting to get an answer machine or at very best get an answering service. Needless to say my expectations were blown away! Precision is available 24 hours a day and a tech was able to show up within 45 minutes and got our door down and secure. We were going to shop around and get multiple quotes for anew door but felt confident Precision was the way to go. They returned to instsll a new door a few days later and we have since recommended them to three neighbors. Good to see Precision back in the neighborhood!!

We used your company last year to replace broken springs, and we decided to also replace cables and track rollers. This week we needed to replace the header boards above our garage door because of carpenter ant damage. Martin came out to temporarily unbolt the garage door assembly from the header above the door so the carpenters could rebuild the front of our garage. When the new headers were installed the next day, Martin returned to reconnect the door assembly to the front of our garage. We are delighted with your service. You sent email confirmations of our appointments and your service folks arrived on time. Great job!

The technician arrived when they said he would, but it was not the one they said would be here. He was efficient, however, polite, and knew what to do to fix our problem. I did think the cost was a little high, but I don't have anything to measure that by. The main thing is that we got the problem fixed, and on a Sunday.

Precision was recommended by my neighbor, Bill Saake. I called on April 6, and Mike came out and replaced a broken spring on my main garage door. He was courteous and efficient and I was quite pleased with him and the same day service. I called again today because I was having problems getting the door to close. Problem was electrical - with the sensors. Mike was sent again, and replaced the intermittent sensors and, at my request, added a stiffener to the door. I'm very pleased with Mike - and the service - once again. I will highly recommend you to others and will call you again when I need door service.
