Great service! When the technician was delayed in meeting my appoitment I was notified over an an hour before he was scheduled. When the technician arrived he offered several repair options. He then proceded to replace my broken door spring and lube the entire opening system in an hour. Manually opening the door before was a weight lifitng contect. Now, it opens with two finger. Thanks again.

I would like to talk to someone about my last repair. The center bracket came loose and pulled out from the wall. I want to know if that bracket had been removed to install new springs on11/2012, because if it had to be removeed then the installer was responsible for the bracket coming loose and I should not have been charged for the rpair.

Mike replace our garage door opener and springs. He did an outstanding and very thorough job. He went out of his way to make sure that the job was done right since there were problems with how the garage door was attached to the house from before. He explained all that he needed to do and how to use the new garage door opener. He even programmed my car to open the garage. The only complaint that I have was that he had a borrowed truck which wasn't fully stocked (didn't have springs). This caused a delay in starting my service of 45 minutes. I was told that the technician would have a fully stocked truck. I shouldn't have had to pay the $50 service fee.

At 6:00pm my garage door would not open. I needed it repaired that night as I needed to leave early the next morning. Precision sent out a technician by 8:00pm and he was so polite and helpful and professional. Not only is my garage door fixed, it is so quiet now I can hardly hear it! Martin adjusted and re-braced the garage door opener. He replaced the side brackets and cables on the garage door. He seems very dedicated to providing top customer service and did a great job.

I had an emergency: a broken spring (single) on the garage door. Called for repair and got Mike out to make the repair within an hour. The repair was done also within an hour. Mike was courteous and very good at what he does. After replacing the singe spring with dual springs, he made some adjustments to make the opener work more efficiently and quieter (got me to replace my old plastic rollers with polyurethane rollers.) For this emergency, I couldn't have been happier to have Precision to do the work.

We just had this garage door system installed by Martin, and he did a great job. It worked great for 3 days, and we knocked the reversing sensors out of alignment. Martin came back and reset them. He also adjusted the door to fit better. This is a great system.

The gental man who came out was very nice cleaned up after him self. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the girl on the phone told me the price of the part included the labor and they waved the service fee so it was a shock to pay $XX.00 more than quoted.
