We called in on a Friday afternoon as we were leaving on vacation and scheduled an appointment right away. Mike showed up an hour later and we were soooo comfortable with Mike personally that we let him get started and we left out of town. He locked up and called us for payment about an hour later. Feels good doing business with guys we can trust.

Scheduling was superb. I made contact on their web site Sunday. Called Monday. The window was between 1pm and 5pm, but I couldn't get home from work till 3:30. Well I got a call from Mike(tech) at 4:05 saying he would be there in 15mins. WOW timing could not have been better. Well Drew looked over the job and explained everything very clearly. I opted for a complete spring, drum, cable and roller job. I felt it was a bit pricey but along with the price comes piece of mind, quality parts and a lifetime warrantee. GOOD JOB!

My teenage son backed my SUV straight through our door and Precision came to the rescue within 2 hours. Brian had our door back on track and made sure it would work for a couple of weeks while we looked for a new door. Brian didn't pressure us to buy the door from him but his manager(Sam) called us the following day and said he would credit the amount we had paid the night before towards a new door of our choice. A very nice gesture given the unfortunate situation we were in. We chose to have Precision install our door and a new opener simply due to their high level of service. Thanks Brian and Sam

Telephone staff was really professional so I immediatly trusted them, tech arrived within an hour and had ourt door open and functioning better than before with in a couple hours. No extra surcharge for late night service and they provided a good warranty. Thumbs up!

I am happy with the speed of service, but would have liked it if the opertor had told me ahead of time that there would be a $50 service charge, even though I have my opener less than a year. I expected that the warrenty would apply and was unprepared for such a large charge.

Happy we bought new doors from Precision! We had several companies give us estimates and were very impressed with Mike's presentation and the product we chose.
