Sales rep inspected our current gargage door and was able to give us a large variety of possible solutions to our door problem. With the options given we decided a whole new door and opener was the best way to go. We looked at several bids, Precision Door was not the cheapest however, they were the most thorough and professional. I would recommend Precision doors to any one that needs a new garage door. The main reason is there customer service & they stand behind there doors. I had a new door installed and unfortunately It broke. When I call Precision doors to tell they what happened they where very apologetic about it & told me that they would send someone out to see what happened. There tech. told me that they would replace everything. Not to many complains would do this, they would give some reason on how they would try to fix it without replacing it. There techs are very knowledgeable & very professional as well as polite.

Once here, setup, investigation of not only the symptoms, but actual cause of problem! Last company butchered our spring, bearing and pole system. Precision diagnosed cause and corrected. Door is working as new. Thank you for great experience. Worth the cost.

I would like to commend your technician Tom Broz for his Professionalism, Friendliness & knowledge. Also the great job he did in installing the garage door. He made sure before he left that we where completely satisfied with the installation of the garage door. One other thing that impressed us was how he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I'm happy with the service provided. Our door fell apart on Saturday and it was fixed today Monday. My service was originally assigned to a tech by the name of Victor. Not sure for what reason but then it was re-assigned to a tech called Sergio. The best part is that I received a call from both technicians. early in the morning from Victor, he was very polite and nice gave me estimated time of arrival. Then when the job was re-assigned to Sergio I also received a call form him and kept on going communication. I was not there once he got there, but my husband said everything is working great now. Truly appreciated it. I'm happy and will definitely use your company again.

Today, August 18,2017 I had to call Precision Door Service, at the moment that they answered my call, I talked to Carlos, and asked him for help. He did the best effort to answer my needs, in a matter of minutes he sent Russ B Trumpy and another technician to my home. They did an excellent job in the installation of a new motor in my garage door. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.
