The guys who came out completed the job and the garage door worked properly after it was misaligned and two rollers came off but……the price to fix it was way too expensive. After researching the cost of having this repair done, I paid too much. The senior guy on the crew was not courteous at all and had an attitude that wasn’t professional whatsoever. They got the job done but I would not use them again.

Internet search for local garage door repair. You answered quickly, were rapidly available on follow up phone calls, and it was easy to make an appointment for estimate and repair at my convenience. Your technician Garret called in the morning of our afternoon appt. and indicated he would be at our home at the start of the "window" of 1-5 pm and in fact arrived just a bit earlier than that after a confirmatory phone call. Very pleasant and professional, he looked over the busted spring I had noted, then inspected the entire system. He reviewed his inspection with me pointing out various potential future problems that should be watched for, and that the weather stripping at the door base was completely worn out (I had noted that also). He then provided 3 estimates; fixing the problem I had called for (adding the weather stripping at my request), and two additional scopes of work. No pressure, just options. I chose the first option, with solid costs noted for each one. He completed the work in 1.5 hours as per his estimate and the result is very satisfactory. I will call again when/if further repairs on either of our garage doors is needed (eg end of life of openers, now 20 years old). I would readily recommend this company to anyone.

Had issues with the garage door malfunctioning. Precision Door came out identified the issue and completed a tune up of the system. I had them replace the rollers on the door and now the garage door operates like brand new and very quiet. Very pleased with Garrett their technician who did an awesome job.

Made an appointment because our garage door opener quit working. After a scheduling issue Jason came out the next day. He called to let us know when he would be here. Our opener needed to be replaced. We hadn’t stopped to think about how long we have had it. About 1 1/2 hrs. later we had a new garage door opener. Jason even programmed it into my car. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Would not hesitate to call again or recommend to anyone else.

I had to leave on a two day trip, and the garage door only opened 2 feet and stopped. After pulling the manual release, the door opener reconnected and opened the door to get the car out. Fortunately, the door closed, and I left for my trip on Sunday morning. While out of town, I called Precision Garage Doors on Monday morning and was able to make a service appointment for the following day, Tuesday, when I would be back in town. Technician Jason Stanfield arrived as promised to replace the spring. He also replaced two worn out bearings and added extra lag bolts to secure the door roller tracks more firmly. The door now opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before.

New motors: 1 and 2 car garage. Brandon. very friendly. The instructions for the motors and Controls keys were not included. The instructions for the doors was sent to me but I have to print 50 pages because it came in two languages and I didn't noticed it. My 45 yrs garage door still had his booklet or literature attached it. I wish the controls had instructions because its system was new for me. The mechanic showed to me but it really needed some written instructions. I have never received the Warranty from your Co. I am still waiting.Impossible you don't guarantee yr merchandise. Brandon promise to send it but it never came.

Met with service representative Jonathan. He immediately diagnosed the problem and showed me several areas around the panel door brace's where the sheet metal was breaking away. Jonathan, was professional, gave me several temporary fixes options, but noted I would just be throwing away money. For me, temporary fixes are just that and always a more permanent fix is better. Never felt pressured to buy a replacement garage door but knew that was exactly what I needed. ordered one on the spot, and now awaiting installation.
