I called Precision and had a good feeling about the professionalism of the staff just from the phone call. The technician (Neil) who installed 2 new openers for me and adjusted the doors was exceptional and demonstrated that professionalism. He was very courteous and new what he was doing. He worked late to finish installing 2 new belt drive openers and adjusted both doors in about 3 hours. I would not hesitate to use Precision for future repairs if needed.

Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I noticed that I had 2 broken springs and from the time I placed the initial call, until my garage door was fixed, was less than 3 hours! And I live out in the boonies. Very professional. My one recommendation would be to call your customers with an estimated time of arrival prior to the appointment. I had to contact the company twice myself to find out when they would be here. As it turned out, they were later than the estimated time, which would have been nice to know.

Professional organization - from the receptionist to the technician. Tom called to see if I would be available before the scheduled timeframe - I was. Installed a new belt-drive Liftmaster, along with the accessories, within one hour. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And an interesting fellow. Excellent and speedy service. I needed to have broken garage door springs replaced at a rental property on a Sunday morning. I called their office and was given a 4 hour window (8-12) for the tech to arrive. 15 minutes later, the technician, Victor arrived at the unit! Victor assessed the situation, formulated a cost estimate with several options to choose from. The work was done professionally and pricing was very reasonable. Saw ad on TV last night, right after our garage door stopped working. Loud metal grinding sound. Called Precision who sent out a technician right away, who called, as promised, to alert me to arrival time. Diagnosed problem immediately. Had part. Replaced it. Tuned up my opener. Very personable. Overall, a pleasant experience -- as unscheduled repairs go. Highly recommended.

Your service representative, Victor J, was extremely courteous and friendly, and called me at the beginning of the service window to advise me of the time he would arrive, and arrived on time. He was very fast, efficient and knowledgeable. My only quibble was the price -- but for such prompt service on a Sunday, it was worth it! In an attempt to sync my garage door remote to my car I botched the job and my garage door would only open 3/4's of the way. Victor was our technician and he provided outstanding service. Our tenant had moved out of our rental unit and left the garage door broken. We had driven up from San Diego to deal with the situation. We called Precision that morning and they not only provided same day service but came a bit early which allowed us to return to San Diego without a long delay.
