We have used Precision a few times over the years and they are usually able to get us an appointment within 24 hours, and are able to fix our issue on the spot. They do a great job - we are always happy with the results of whatever we have had done. This time is was replacing our 25 year old garage door opener. They new one is like hot knife through butter - it's so quiet! And the installer, Myles was friendly, professional and had the job completed quickly.

The repair person was very informative. We replaced our springs for our garage door with another company that didn't do a good job. He couldn't align the door and there was a gap on the left side. He gave us the wrong information that we have to buy a new garage door for this problem. So we were shopping around until we find Precision Garage door and requested for a free estimate. Surprisingly, the person who came was very knowledgeable and informed us that this problem can be fixed by adjusting the cable and the previous job was not done right. He also mentioned that we don't need a new door and it can be repaired. He saved us a lot of money. He got to the problem and did it quickly and efficiently and there were no more gap and we didn't have to change the door. Thank you so much , I highly recommend you to everyone

Miles called me from his previous stop to inform me how much time he was going to be until he left. He then called again to let me know that he just left there and how much time before he would arrive. When he showed up he was very courteous and informative He apologized when he realized that he would not be able to repair the door on the same day, since that's what his company specializes in. Miles then explained my options to fix the problems that I had. Since my door was at least 35 years old and several issues, it was recommended that we replace it. I received a good deal and I feel like I was treated very fair and there was no pressure at all. I was able to make my own decisions! Thank you precsion.

My first contact was your receptionist which was a very good first start! Miles was our technician and a great guy to work with. I had replaced the door wheels and somehow the cable came loose and I couldn't get it all back together. He repaired my attempt to put things right and we decided a new belt drive motor was a good idea. What a difference. The rattling, grinding noise in the garage is gone and is a very quiet operation now. Worth every dollar. Thank you Precision Door

I had a cable come off the guide wheel on my garage door yesterday morning. I called Precision Garage Door around noon, and today Miles came out and repaired it. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly and efficiently and then lubricated all areas and adjusted the garage door opener before he left. We reached out to Precision for a new garage door to replace our 30 year old door. We had connected with a few other companies and they were simply lacking in our high standards we sought and desired. From start to order, both the website and communication has been excellent. The situation was an emergency situation when the door suddenly clashed down without any thing being pressed. I was lucky that my trunk was not open or that I was not standing behind it. Miles had never seen this before and suggested new springs and drums. After completion of the procedure, there was a grinding on the motor bar that connects the motor to the door and I was a little concerned. I’m not sure that everything is running smoothly and so he said for me to watch it for a while, but not stand underneath it And that makes me uncomfortable if I am unloading groceries. He is aware and said to call him back and so I am keeping my options open at this point in time I just want this recorded as I signed four times and I’m not even sure what I signed as the iPad was so faint in the sun and the connection wasn’t very good with the Wi-Fi.
