When the spring to my garage door broke in the late evening, I feared our car would be imprisoned in the garage for days. I called Precision and was delighted that the scheduler said they would have a technician out to make a repair the next day. The tech showed up at the time window and called me several times to give the exact time of arrival. He professionally evaluated the problem and discussed how the repair would be made and some additional inspections into bearings and cables. The work was done within an hour. We have been using Precision for years, in Simi and Moorpark. Today, we used them again in Santa Barbara. Garrett Marshall was our technician. Thank you for this opportunity. I called Preccision because I had just seen an ad on TV. Everything went well with the installation of a new motor for the garage door. The technician was cordial and competent and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he kept in touch with me by phone so I knew when I might expect him. He left me with two remotes and was not able to get the existing remote control buttons in my car to speak to or respond to the newly installed motor. Everything works fine and I would have liked to have this further connection instead of having to have another "thing" to operate. Perhaps the issue is from the car's buttons. I will follow through with the car dealer. It may be the car. Thank you. I am delighted to have the door rise when I need the car.

Garrett Marshall was the technician that came out to do an emergency repair to my garage door. My truck was stuck inside so I was really stressed out. He assessed the situation and within a couple of hours, he installed a new Motor and replaced the Springs. The cost was a little more than I had hoped this repair would be, but it was definitely worth it! I highly recommend this company.

thank you Chuck , I was referred to Precision by a softball Buddy he recommended your company because he had a garage door replaced several years ago and was happy with the work and Quality of your product. Garrett was very Professional and showed up on time and called in advance to make certain I was home . I have a few Questions , the quote was for a garage door installation with out Insulation ? Obviously i was concerned about noise and weather ? what would be to cost with insulation also Garrett gave us two Quotes , one with a motor and another with our the Motor ? would we be able to replace the motor later on if the part fails. and last Question is : does Precision match prices with competitive companies ?

Service was great. And he finished the job in a hour and a half. I was a little shocked although how much it cost. I was expecting maybe 350 to 500 for the repair and it was almost 1000. Guess that's the going price. I could have shopped around but I have used you the last thirty years so I felt you treated me right. I'm 83 and should have asked if you offer senior discount ot Military retired. Anyway thank you again.
