I had to leave on a two day trip, and the garage door only opened 2 feet and stopped. After pulling the manual release, the door opener reconnected and opened the door to get the car out. Fortunately, the door closed, and I left for my trip on Sunday morning. While out of town, I called Precision Garage Doors on Monday morning and was able to make a service appointment for the following day, Tuesday, when I would be back in town. Technician Jason Stanfield arrived as promised to replace the spring. He also replaced two worn out bearings and added extra lag bolts to secure the door roller tracks more firmly. The door now opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before.

Jason was very polite and did a great job checking the door and making sure it was ok. He reminded me that the battery needed to be changed, I said let’s do it. Jason was great.

I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.

I was surprised at the overall price but then again, everything in life seems more expensive now than a few years ago. Not only did you get me same day service, Jason was amazing from the first contact. Jason called me from his previous job, and again when he was close to my home. He was punctual, professional and very polite, he quickly got my new opener, (Which I absolutely LOVE) installed, got my vehicles paired to the new opener, and would not leave until all my questions were answered, he even answered questions that my neighbors had!
