I contacted Precision due to catastrophic event to my garage door. I talked Kelsi in the office. She was fabulous, funny and a true professional. It turned from a service call to a new garage door estimate. Jason showed up on time with a great attitude and very knowledgeable. He took the measurements and explained everything giving me a fair market price. If I use this company I am sure the job will be done professionally Dennis B

I had to leave on a two day trip, and the garage door only opened 2 feet and stopped. After pulling the manual release, the door opener reconnected and opened the door to get the car out. Fortunately, the door closed, and I left for my trip on Sunday morning. While out of town, I called Precision Garage Doors on Monday morning and was able to make a service appointment for the following day, Tuesday, when I would be back in town. Technician Jason Stanfield arrived as promised to replace the spring. He also replaced two worn out bearings and added extra lag bolts to secure the door roller tracks more firmly. The door now opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before.

I picked Precision because you installed the doors. Jason Standfield came out to inspect door after our car antenna made contact with the door. Jason was very polite and did a great job checking the door and making sure it was ok. He reminded me that the battery needed to be changed, I said let’s do it. Jason was great.

I used Precision doors back in 2017 and they were so profession and friendly. The tech Jason that came out to day was very upfront with me about replacing my door. I backed into. He gave me several options. I asked him for his professional opinion on which way I should go with as far as trying to repair the door or replace it. I felt really confident with his decision to replace it. Just like last time they came out the next day. I would refer them to everyone.

Garage door broke in the middle of the afternoon, without warning of course. Called Precision and they were there in about an hour. Jason was great and very detailed with what my 20 year old garage door needed. Detailed receipt and warranty explained.

Excellent service! Jason Stanfield was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything . Although I originally reached out to have the garage door tracks cleaned and lubed, he explained why I now also needed to replace the spring and a 20 year old garage door opener. I highly recommend Jason and I will request him for my future service needs.

Service tech was awesome. The only thing was the up charges. I check around should have been about 600 to 700 Dollars. But I paid 925.00. Will not use again. Rick

The Precision Overhead Garage Door technician - Jason - was very professional, polite, and efficient. He explained everything, did all he said he would do, and we are very pleased both with his work, and his demeanor. I was surprised at the overall price but then again, everything in life seems more expensive now than a few years ago. If we have a need for garage door repairs in the future, I would call Precision again in a heartbeat.

Jason was an exceptional installer, he knew what he was doing, he had the equipment to do the job, and he informed along the way about his progress and his eta for finishing. I paid the bill with a credit card, shook hands with a very friendly man and told him i would recommend him anytime, any where along with the company Precision Garage Door. Thank you, Mark Mc Quown

Jason S was very good with communication. Told us when he would arrive, and actually came earlier than we thought. He was quick to fix the broken spring we had and cleaned up his mess as well. Was very professional and I would definitely ask for him back if I should happen to have any other issues.

Not only did you get me same day service, Jason was amazing from the first contact. Jason called me from his previous job, and again when he was close to my home. He was punctual, professional and very polite, he quickly got my new opener, (Which I absolutely LOVE) installed, got my vehicles paired to the new opener, and would not leave until all my questions were answered, he even answered questions that my neighbors had! I do have one suggestion, GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He deserves it!

The tech that came to our house was wonderful! He let me know when he would arrive, and was here exactly when he said he would be. He explained everything he was doing, and even liked our little dogs!! He had the whole spring job done in about an hour. His name is Jason. Even the receptionist, Karen, who made the appointment for us, was more than kind & helpful. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!!
