Brandon was not only friendly and cheerful but very knowledgeable ,helpful and obviously intelligent. I’m aware of your good reputation for repair & sales of garage doors. The experience was good, as I expected. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a good experience. The price for garage doors was competitive. We will be purchasing 2 doors for a 3 car garage. We discussed all the options available and even how to include a minor custom feature.

I picked Precision out of the phone book because my regular garage door company is closed for several days on Thanksgiving and I needed service right away. The lady who took the service call was very knowledgeable when answering my questions and scheduled me for the following day. The technician, Miles, called when he was less than an hour away to confirm his arrival time. Very considerate, as I’d been given a 4 hour window. Since I’d purchased the wrong remote (it didn’t pair with the motor) he had the correct one on his truck. Lucky me. It took him seconds to pair it. Also very knowledgeable and polite, but best of all, efficient! I also like this follow-up. Great service, great professionalism, and I highly recommend them!

Service was great. And he finished the job in a hour and a half. I was a little shocked although how much it cost. I was expecting maybe 350 to 500 for the repair and it was almost 1000. Guess that's the going price. I could have shopped around but I have used you the last thirty years so I felt you treated me right. I'm 83 and should have asked if you offer senior discount ot Military retired. Anyway thank you again.

Precision Door has serviced my garage in the past. Miles the service tech arrived on time and gave me a courtesy text indicating he was on his way to my home. Attempted to repair my existing garage door opener was made, but 19 years the opener was unabled to be repaired. As I wanted to maintain comparable garage door opener and purchased a Linear belt drive opener. Actually was quieter than my previous Mirantec door opener and very happy with so far. Quick install in about an hour. Would recommend this company again.

Very quick response, the technician came out the same day. I was surprised that they insisted that the owner of the home be present (I am his adult child and take care of his affairs) but I also saw the wisdom in that policy. It's been 2 days and the repair seems to have worked completely.

Unprofessional tech - customer service skills need some polishing. There was no mention of a $65.00 mandatory service fee when I booked the appointment. Not until after the tech showed-up I was told about the fee. The tech kept trying to sell me an unneeded complete new garage door. Don't trust these guys.. Use Mesa Garage Door - I called them afterwards. No service fee, professional tech.

The Best in Business.! I've been doing business with Precision for years and will always go to them for any of my Door Issues. They installed my garage door years ago and we just had one spring wear out after about 20 years, Their terrific repair fellow arrived and spotted the problem in an instant. He came prepared with new springs (a common problem it seems with older units) and had the new, perfectly operating springs installed within the hour. TERRIFIC!, Can't ask for more than that!
