I was in need of special help with my garage door. I saw Precision advertised in the past on TV. I called in a made an appointment. I was told my technician would be at my house between 8-12. 0745, I received a call from my tech, Garrett. He stated he would be over in 20 minutes, and he was. He evaluated my situation, pointed out the problems, and made his recommendations. I felt confidence with his solution and gave him the go ahead. He went to his truck, came back with all the parts he needed, started to tare down my old system and began to assemble the new one. Garrett worked very hard completing the job, programming, and testing the operation. It was a great job done by him. He said he would be done by 10 AM, he was done by 9:50. He loaded his truck, advised my invoice will be e-mailed to me, shook my hand and smiled when he left.

Quick response time and service. Both Brandon and Daniel were very nice, professional and didn’t try to up sell me. I did have to get a new door but their selection was good and the turnaround time for the install was pretty quick. I recommend this company.

I picked Precision Garage Door Service because I have seen their ads on TV and I have used them before. Dylan Falkengren was our technician and he was very polite and friendly and efficient. He replaced four springs, rollers, and adjusted the chain drive on our door opener. Our garage door runs quieter and more efficient now. We have used Precision a few times over the years and they are usually able to get us an appointment within 24 hours, and are able to fix our issue on the spot. They do a great job - we are always happy with the results of whatever we have had done. This time is was replacing our 25 year old garage door opener. They new one is like hot knife through butter - it's so quiet! And the installer, Myles was friendly, professional and had the job completed quickly.

From the initial call, I found the rep to be professional and able to accommodate my work schedule due to the extended service block of time for their arrival. The service rep, Jacob, was awesome. He was very professional, explaining what he could do every step of the way. He made the entire experience so pleasant. Jacob provided excellent customer service! He was patient answering my questions and showed me the concerns with my garage door. I would ask for him if I needed assistance again. So many companies appear to want a make a buck and run, but Jacob expressed genuine concern and seriousness about his job. Thank you for your help!
